Returns Policy

ATM Part Hub understands there may be times when multiple parts are required to repair the ATM, and there may be times when too many parts are ordered and some parts are not used. ATM Part Hub has a limited return policy.

NEW PARTS:
ATM Part Hub will honor any manufacturer refund policies using their specific guidance and part disposition upon receipt of the returned item. Credit from the manufacturer may take 4-6 weeks. If the manufacturer denies credit for a returned item ATM Part Hub cannot grant credit for the item. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges in connection with returned items.

USED PARTS:
ATM Part Hub may offer credit on returned used items based upon inspection, condition, or age of product at the time of return. A 25% restocking fee is charged to cover the handling, testing and verification of all parts that are returned. All returns are subject to technical department approval and must be returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
The customer must call to obtain a RMA before returned items will be accepted. To obtain an RMA, please call 888-225-9184. When shipping, please write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping container.

Re-Stocking Fee
All returned parts are subject to inspection and will be charged a restocking fee. ATM Part Hub will inspect all parts returned and may refuse to accept them for the any of the following reasons:

1. Inadequate packaging, damage during shipment;
2. If a part has been used, altered or modified in any way;
3. If a part has been subjected to weather or other environmental conditions.

Note:  You will be notified if the part received is rejected and provided the disposition. Should you choose to have the part returned to you, shipping charges will apply.
